Hamstring and Bicep Curl with Resistance Tubing

Instructions:

  1. Start by placing one handle of your resistance band through the other to make a loop
  2. Place the loop around your right ankle
  3. Hold the other handle in your left hand
  4. Step the left foot down onto the tubing on the floor
  5. Extend the right foot back
  6. Flexing the right foot bend the knee to bring the heel to the glute
  7. At the same time, face the left palm up, squeeze the elbow into the side of the body, bend the elbow to curl the left arm up
  8. Repeat on the other side
