Hamstring and Bicep Curl with Resistance Tubing
Instructions:
- Start by placing one handle of your resistance band through the other to make a loop
- Place the loop around your right ankle
- Hold the other handle in your left hand
- Step the left foot down onto the tubing on the floor
- Extend the right foot back
- Flexing the right foot bend the knee to bring the heel to the glute
- At the same time, face the left palm up, squeeze the elbow into the side of the body, bend the elbow to curl the left arm up
- Repeat on the other side
