How Can We Make the Videos Appear on the Right Hand Side of the Page?

First Insert a Table - Click on the insert a new table button (it is the icon that looks like a spread sheet with a pencil) one row by 2 collumns (cols). The table is expandable so click on one of the corners and drag  to fill your text box. Insert your text descriptions of the exercise/combination on the left hand side of the the table and then put your curser in the right hand side of the table and hit the insert video button (looks like a film strip) to insert the video on the right hand side of the table (by typing in the appropriate url).
